Ingredients:
1/2 cup(s) ketchup
2 tablespoon(s) brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon(s) mustard powder
2 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoon(s) seasoned salt
1/2 cup(s) onion - chopped
1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon(s) black pepper
1 egg
3/4 cup(s) bread crumbs
1 1/2 pound ground turkey
Steps:
-Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
-Mix first 4 ingredients in a large bowl; set aside 1/4 cup of mixture for topping.
-Add the remaining ingredients to the bowl.
-Mix just enough to blend.
-Mold into loaf, place in a baking pan and cover with foil.
-Bake 50 minutes.
-Remove cover, top meatloaf with 1/4 cup of reserved mixture.
-Bake for 15 more minutes.
